• Shipping

    I ship with USPS, with your choice of service at checkout. I ship readymade pieces within 2-3 days of order, custom items 2-3 weeks after order. USPS services include up to $100 of shipping insurance. If your package is valued over $100 I recommend purchasing additional insurance in case of loss or damage by the post office. You can purchase additional insurance from the shop with your order here.

    If you are local to the Bangor, Maine area, I can drop off packages or have packages available for pickup downtown and refund your shipping.

    If you place multiple orders and wish to combine them for shipment, please contact me as soon as possible. As long as I haven’t shipped anything yet, I'm happy to combine orders, and refund the shipping difference. If you do not contact me requesting combined shipping, orders will be shipped separately.

    Estimated readymade shipping times:

    • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
    • USPS Priority: 2-4 business days

    Estimated custom order shipping times:

    • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-4 weeks
    • USPS Priority: 3 weeks
  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    I cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves my hands it is the responsibility of the postal carrier. I do not have access to any more information than you do via the tracking number.

    I recommend you purchase additional shipping insurance with your order in case of a lost or damaged package. If you need additional package details (description, size, weight of package) to file a claim with the carrier, please contact us.

    Please make sure the address you have your package sent to is a secure location to protect against theft. I am not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. I ship to the address as it was typed unless you contact us for a correction. Please make sure you correctly enter your shipping address during checkout.

  • Returned/Unclaimed/Refused Packages

    If a package comes back to me as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, etc. then requesting reshipment is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and will have to purchase new shipping for the package to be resent. If you do not wish for your package to be resent, you may request a refund. It is up to the buyer to request a refund, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as they have already been paid to the postal carrier.

  • Returns

    Due to the unique and sometimes delicate nature of these handmade and vintage garments, I cannot accept returns on these pieces. Please contact me with any issues and ask all questions before purchasing.
